Your Rights and Responsibilities

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ta666", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the ta666.ws platform and all services available through it.
• "Platform" means the ta666 website accessible at ta666.ws, including all subpages, game interfaces, account management areas and support channels.
• "Player", "you" and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the ta666 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ta666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game or other eligible market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ta666 to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, which is the standard time applicable to the territory of Bangladesh.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By creating an Account on ta666.ws, making a deposit, placing a Bet, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account by contacting ta666 support at [email protected].

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ta666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

2.4 ta666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 The ta666 Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ta666 enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all registered players, consistent with responsible gambling standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or trustee for any third party.
• You are not knowingly residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ta666 Platform or had an Account permanently closed by ta666 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under any form of external compulsion or duress in creating an Account or placing Bets.

3.2 ta666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Balance derived from Bets placed during the period of non-compliance.

3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ta666 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ta666 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in breach of applicable local law.

Account Registration

4.1 Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ta666 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

4.2 When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a functioning email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ta666 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 You must notify ta666 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.5 ta666 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any Account at any time. This may include requesting copies of national identity documents, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and documentation confirming the ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

4.6 Account Verification Process

Verification documents submitted to ta666 are reviewed within 2 business days under normal operational conditions. During peak periods — including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup seasons — review times may extend to 5 business days. Players are strongly encouraged to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid delays in withdrawal processing.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 ta666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount on the ta666 Platform is ৳200. Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to specific payment methods are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.

5.3 All Account Balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a deposit is made in a currency other than BDT, ta666 will apply a conversion rate at its sole discretion at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed by ta666 within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may vary. ta666 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors after a withdrawal has been authorised on our end.

5.5 ta666 reserves the right to hold, delay or reverse any withdrawal request where:

• Account verification has not been completed to the satisfaction of ta666's compliance team;
• ta666 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error;
• The withdrawal request relates to funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled; or
• A pending responsible gaming restriction is under review on the Account.

5.6 Funds deposited on the ta666 Platform are intended solely for use in placing Bets and participating in games available on the Platform. ta666 does not operate as a banking or financial institution, and your Account Balance does not accrue interest.

5.7 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 7 days from the date of the change request. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ta666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

6.2 Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting offers) will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal.

6.3 ta666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already begun meeting wagering requirements, ta666 will assess entitlements on a case-by-case basis.

6.4 Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.5 ta666 reserves the right to amend, reclaim or void any bonus or winnings where there is evidence that a Player has used betting patterns, software tools or coordinated strategies designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.

Betting Rules

7.1 All Bets placed on the ta666 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market on the Platform.

7.2 A Bet is final and binding once confirmed by the ta666 system. ta666 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or void a Bet after it has been confirmed, except in the circumstances described in clause 7.3 below.

7.3 ta666 reserves the right to void any Bet where:

• The Bet was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous as a result of a technical error or human input error on the part of ta666;
• The event to which the Bet relates has been cancelled, abandoned or postponed and no applicable settlement rule provides for the resolution of the Bet;
• ta666 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised; or
• The Bet was placed in a manner that constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8.

7.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time at ta666's discretion, including during significant moments of play such as wickets, penalties or video referee reviews. ta666 accepts no liability for any Bet placed after the relevant event or outcome has already been determined.

7.5 Where a Bet is voided by ta666, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. No winnings will be paid in respect of a voided Bet beyond the return of the original stake.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct on the ta666 Platform and may result in Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt betting activity;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are operated in another person's name without their explicit consent;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ta666 staff or other Players through any support or communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion measures, through the creation of new Accounts.

8.2 ta666 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to suspected financial crime, fraud or match-fixing. Where required by applicable law, ta666 will disclose Account information and transaction records to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 ta666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ta666 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, breached any provision of these Terms, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to third parties.

9.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ta666 will complete its review within 14 business days wherever reasonably practicable. The Player will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

9.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ta666 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within 5 business days.

9.4 Where an Account is permanently closed by ta666 as a consequence of confirmed Prohibited Conduct, ta666 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the Account, including both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds.

Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ta666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio, video and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of ta666 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ta666.

10.3 The ta666 name, logo and associated branding elements are the exclusive property of the ta666 operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational damage.

11.2 ta666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

11.3 In the event of a system error that results in the incorrect display of odds, game results or Account Balances, ta666 reserves the right to correct the error and void affected transactions. ta666's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the Player's total deposits in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ta666's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy

12.1 ta666's collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at ta666.ws/privacy-policy.

12.2 By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

13.1 ta666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Players. We encourage all Players to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

13.2 Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the following tools available through their ta666 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session timeouts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform by contacting [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ta666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ta666 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 The most current version of the Terms will always be available at ta666.ws/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision.

14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.

Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements.

15.2 ta666 operates the Platform for players in Bangladesh and structures its services with reference to Bangladesh market practices. However, ta666 makes no representation that the Platform and its contents are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those where ta666 explicitly offers its services.

15.3 Any disputes between a Player and ta666 that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. ta666 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
